Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Magnificent HQ.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, (which I am certain you will be), I am here to help!

Returns

You have 14 days* to return your item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You item must be returned in the original packaging.

In order to consider a return, your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon return, your item will be inspected and a refund will be considered. I will notify you of the status of the refund following the inspection of the returned item.

If you return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Exceptions

Personalised Goods - I do not accept returns on personalised goods, as they are not resaleable.  However if your item is faulty, I will consider a replacement item for you. 

Mystery Boxes - The items enclosed are a mystery, therefore i do not accept returns on mystery box items. These items are purchased at your own risk and can contain a variation in items from the following - Cold cups, snowglobe cups, tumblers, budget binders, hot cups, other drinkware or personalised gifts. Mystery Boxes may contain themed items such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter

Seconds - I do not accept returns on seconds, these are listed with imperfections at a discounted rate due to the imperfection. Please read the description on the item before purchasing.
